The Advisors Ltd is a professional firm specializing in financial and management consulting. It was formed in 1995 initially under the name “Cherif Hammouda Office for Financial Consultancy”, adopting its current name in 2002. We became a member firm of RSM International, the 6th largest network of independent accounting and consulting firms worldwide in 1997, representing the network in Egypt as financial and management consultants.The affiliation reflects our growing international capabilities and our seamless international service to our clients.
The Advisors is a sister firm of The Arab Chartered Accountants, which specializes in accounting, auditing, tax and corporate advisory services. Together the two firms have 20 partners and over 250 professionals serving clients from six locations in Egypt, including four in Cairo. Dr Cherif Hammouda, one of the partners in The Advisors, is the managing partner of both firms in Egypt. The two firms represent RSM International in Egypt. We can also serve the international needs of our clients from 736 offices in 76 countries worldwide.
The Chairman of The Advisors, Dr Sabry Heakal, is the immediate past Chief Executive Officer of RSM International and served in that capacity at its headquarters in London for 10 years.
The Advisors’ areas of expertise in financial consulting include financial feasibility studies, including market analysis, financial and capital restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, business valuations, financing and financial policies and procedures development.
The Advisors’ areas of expertise in management consulting include strategic planning, corporate governance, performance measurement, organizational structures, process improvement and management information systems.
