Dr. Cherif Hammouda

Dr. Cherif Hammouda was born in Egypt. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the college of Commerce, Cairo University. He has MBA and he obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) degrees in Finance with concentration in Tax Accounting in year 2005 from West Cheshire University. He is a member of a number of professional organizations in Egypt and abroad:

• Egyptian Society of Taxation.
• Arab Federation of Accountants and Auditors.
• International Fiscal Association.

Dr. Hammouda founded The Advisors in 1995 (initially under the name “Sherif Hammouda Office for Financial Consultancy”, adopting to its current name in 2002), which became a member of RSM International in 1997. Dr Hammouda has been the managing partner of the Advisors since its foundation and the Arab Chartered Accountants since it became a member of RSM International in 2002.

Dr. Hammouda is a confident consultant to a number of businesses in Egypt on financial and organizational matters. He has experience in a wide variety of functional areas, including financial and business restructuring and administrative policies and procedures. He has served clients in a large number of sectors including real estate development, financial institutions, wholesale, distribution, retail, transportation, logistics and manufacturing.

He has been a financial consultant on public offerings of Eurobonds and GDRs for Egyptian companies. These offerings involved restructuring of the issuing companies.
